First of all, food blogs are awesome. Second, that tip about breaking pasta in a dish towel...genius!
I made the Thai noodles, and oh my goodness - delicious! I probably could've used more chopped peanuts, but other than that, it was a success. So far, I've only sampled it warm, but I'm excited to try it cold for lunch tomorrow. Thanks for the recipe JenHen! After I consume the leftovers, I'll make something out of my recipe book and share it on the Cookery Nookery.
