Pot-Pie Comment/Post

I tried to comment on the curry pot-pie post, but it wouldn't let me. Or maybe I'm just blog illiterate. Anyhoo, it looks quite tasty, well done! I didn't know you were a curry fan JenHen! And I agree, Alton Brown is the man. Thanks for the onion chopping tip, I'm totally going to try that next time I need to cut one up. When I normally do it, the pieces all end up different shapes and sizes and it takes me forever and I cry like a baby. But the fan trick...that is wise.

On a semi-related note, I saw "Julie & Julia" today. I was rather disappointed. I was hoping there would be more...food in the movie. And it felt long. And got kinda boring in parts. And I still think Stanley Tucci is gay because of "The Devil Wears Prada," so I can't take him seriously as a straight man.
