Hello friends!
So, for my 8 AM legal writing class, we sign up to bring breakfast each week. I just signed up for October 8th, and I thought it would be fun to bring some made-from-scratch (gasp!) muffins. I would need to feed about 13 people. So I was wondering if you wonderfully talented and wise baking experts have any recipes that you could present to the Cookery Nookery so I could share them with my fellow legal scholars. It would be greatly appreciated!

I do have muffin recipes! I have one that I've made before, coffee cake muffins, that people enjoyed. Another recipe I have is one that I haven't made in a long time, but it's a basic muffin base and it has various additions you can do. Tell me which (or both) you are interested in.
Ooh...those coffee cake ones sound interesting!
I posted the coffeecake one. I am planning on making some pumpkin bread in the near future which is really tasty. That would also make a good breakfast contribution.
